Terms of Service

USG Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates an independent storefront for digital products, templates, UI components, developer tools, free resources, and software that we create and own. This is not a third-party creator marketplace.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase paid products. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Some features may require an account or access through Polar's customer portal. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse checkout or download systems, or create security risk.

Product descriptions, screenshots, pricing, compatibility notes, and feature lists are provided for information. We may update, pause, or remove products, change pricing for future purchases, or adjust demos and documentation at any time.

"Coming soon", beta, or preview labels mean the offering may be incomplete or change before a general release.

Paid checkout is processed by Polar.sh (or its successors). By completing a purchase you also agree to Polar's applicable terms for payment processing, invoices, and customer portal access.

Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and Polar's tax handling. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

A successful payment grants access according to the product type (download, license key, portal benefit, or software access) and the License Terms.

Digital products are typically delivered through Polar benefits (downloads, links, or customer portal). Delivery depends on a completed payment and Polar's systems. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or Polar outages, but we will help investigate if you contact us with order details.

URL parameters on return pages after checkout are not proof of payment. Entitlement is confirmed through Polar and our order records.

Because digital goods can be downloaded or accessed immediately, refunds are handled under Polar's refund policies and any notes on the product page. If a refund is issued, the related license ends and you must stop using and delete copies obtained under that purchase.

If a file is corrupted or access fails due to our error, contact contact@usgstudio.dev with your order ID and we will work to restore access or arrange a remedy.

Use of purchased or free products is governed by our License Terms. Product pages may add or narrow license details. In case of conflict, the more specific product license controls for that product.

You agree not to:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Probe, scrape abusively, or disrupt the site or Polar checkout
• Circumvent license, download, auth, or rate limits
• Redistribute paid product files except as the license allows
• Misrepresent affiliation with USG Studio
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems

The site design, branding, catalog content, and products are owned by USG Studio or its licensors. Except for the limited license granted on purchase or free download, no rights are transferred to you.

The site may rely on third parties such as Polar (payments / delivery), hosting and infrastructure providers (for example Cloudflare), email, and analytics. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Demo links or external product URLs may lead to sites we do not control.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where they cannot be excluded.

We do not warrant that products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every environment. You are responsible for testing before production use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USG Studio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or products.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that purchase in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
